Boardwide Policies
Use of Team Law’s Open Forum System constitutes agreement to the following Rules etc., which shall remain retroactive and agreed to by all users.
Forum Rules
- Registration on our Open Forum System affirms that: you read and agree to comply with these Board-wide Policies; and that, you agree to follow our Forum’s Admin when Admin provides guidance, instructions and/or limitations with regard to your participation on this Forum (see: Policing). Thank you for your participation and interest in our service and in our Forum.
- All rules, policies and guidelines that apply to our Open Forum also apply to our Beneficiary Forum; which together comprise our “Forum System”.
- The purpose of our Forum System is to eliminate e-mail to and from Team Law while providing a resource where people can learn about Team Law and our work to preserve our country; accordingly, we require all posts to our Open Forum must comply with our standards and with said purpose of our Forum System. The idea is, if people can ask us their general questions in our Open Forum, others can read their posts, learn about Team Law and our work to preserve our country; which helps us eliminate the repetitious need for others to send similar questions; thus, we can disseminate massive amounts of information without repeating ourselves much.
- Thus, before posting questions, users need to read the posts already on the forum to see if their questions were already answered.
- Team Law cautions all of our Forum System participants with our statement on Advice as posted on Team Law’s website and with the Site Terms of Use also there posted.
- Excluding only Team Law’s service providers: “Admin” and “Fulfillment”, all participants on our Open Forum System are required to be individual living people. #
- Though Team Law itself has no membership, our Open Forum System registered users are hereby defined as: “Members” of the agreement (noted in paragraph "1." above) and accordingly of this Open Forum System. (hereinafter: “Members”).
- Members shall not register under multiple user names. If you cannot remember your password, follow the password recovery process found on the login page. If for any other reason you cannot login or gain user access to our Open Forum System, contact Team Law’s Trustee using the information found on our Contacting Team Law page; which page also provides telephone access to Team Law. Accordingly, phone numbers should never be posted either on our open forum or in private messages.
- Warning: we do not tolerate off site links. (See Linking Off site)
- Our Open Forum is for posting general inquiries to Team Law regarding Team Law and its published work
to save our nation (the United States of America); where the term, “general inquiries”, means inquiries applicable to others as well as to yourself; and the term “applicable”, means the situation applies; that is to say, the situation is not merely a hypothetical situation—Team Law does not waste time reviewing hypothetical situations.
- All other inquiries, including but not limited to personal matters, should be posted to Admin in a private message.
- Private messages should be reserved to simple inquiries. Typing is the slowest form of communication available to us; therefore, though it can be very helpful for our Open Forum responses where virtually anyone with internet access can view our response, it is the worst way to convey information to any individual. Thus, these rules reserve our private message system to simple inquiries and live document reviews. Accordingly, anything needing more than a simple response from Admin should be handled via telephone as per our Contacting Team Law page.
- If you have questions regarding how our open forum system works, first check out the FAQ page.
- All posts should be made to the relevant sub-forum according to the content of the post. Users are asked to read the forum descriptions before posting. Users consistently posting to the wrong forum may be given a warning (see policing below). #
- Users should post in a way that is respectful of both the forum and all of its users. This means users should address the forum, themselves and all other users in a positive/proactive way and not in a negative or demeaning way. Grumbling about, flaming or abusing either the forum or any of its users in any way will not be tolerated and will lead to a warning; thus, if any user has anything they want to express that does not comply with this rule, such posts can only be made by way of a private message to Admin. As noted in Rule 1, all users agree to follow guidelines Admin may provide within the forum as those guidelines may apply to any policies regarding the use of our forum.#
- It is assumed that all Members are thankful for the content we provide; accordingly, we ask Members to refrain from posting thank you messages and/or acknowledgment of your acceptance of what we presented. If you desire to thank someone for a response when you are posting a further inquiry that is acceptable only if the thanksgiving is posted in brief. By the same token, users should not post messages on the forums to complain; any and all complaints should be made by way of a private message to Admin. #
- Users are asked to not act as “back seat moderators”. If users note an issue which contravenes something in this policy document they are welcome to bring it to the attention of Admin by way of a private message. Only do this if a moderator has not replied within 6 hours. Do not respond to such topics yourself. Members who consistently "act" as moderators may be warned. #
- Members should remember this board is aimed at a general audience interested in learning more about Team Law and our services. Posting comments that are not in keeping with Team Law’s purpose and respectively with our purpose for our Open Forum System; and/or posting pornographic or generally offensive text, images, links, etc. will not be tolerated and will lead to cancellation of your registration and banning access to your IP address. #
- Members are asked to respect the copyright of other users, sites, media, etc. Accordingly, Members shall use complete and accurate citations whenever quoting from any other source. Users linking to or asking for information on third party systems, etc. or re-printing material without permission will receive a warning and their post will be removed. #
- Members should respect the bandwidth of other users and sites. The use of in-line image tags ([IMG][/IMG]) pointing to data stored on third party systems for which the user has not received permission to link to will be removed and the violator may be banned. #
- Members should post in a way which is consistent with “normal writing”. That is, users should do their best to use propper English grammar, spelling and style to allow common understanding; users should not post excessive numbers of emoticons, large, small or colored text, etc. Similarly users should not SHOUT (using all capital letters to punctuate words or phrases) or use excessive punctuation (e.g. ! and ?) in topic titles or posts. Users consistently abusing this will be warned. #
- Red colored text is reserved to Admin for editing; therefore, all members agree not to use red text. Violators will be warned only once. #
- Members should use an appropriate, descriptive title when posting a new topic. Examples of bad titles include; “Help me!”, “I'm stuck!”, “I've got an error!”, etc. Examples of good titles include; “Does having a State or Federal job pose any problems?”, “A Jurisdictional Question?”, etc. #
- Spam is not tolerated here under any circumstance. This includes any and all offers of services of any kind (charged or free), solicitation of any kind, etc. Recruiting of any sort is not permitted either. Spam also includes all e-mail sent to Team Law that was not self-generated by our robotic registration and notification system (see E-mail). Users posting spam will be warned and their post removed. See specific item on spam and 3rd party linking for more information. Spam is defined as unsolicited e-mail. #
- The Open Forum System cannot be used for third party solicitation of any kind; including but not limited to, asking forum members for support with matters that are not supported by Team Law and/or asking for Team Law beneficiary nominations. #
- Members must not disclose to any 3rd party, their username and password; such information must remain private. Disclosure of such information to a third party constitutes at least cause for immediate cancellation of all Open Forum system privileges. If any Team Law Beneficiary commits this violation their Beneficiary Endowment will be cancelled for violating their Team Law Beneficiary Agreement. #
- Team Law reserves the right to edit any part of or remove any post at any time. The determination of what is construed as inappropriate, indecent, vulgar, spam, etc. as noted in these points is up to Team Law’s Admin and our forum moderators and not to any other forum users. #
- The above forum rules, where applicable, also apply to private messaging. Abuse of the private messaging system may lead to warnings (as above) and/or the revocation of private messaging and or other Open Forum System privileges. #
- One of the main principles Team Law observes is: “It is right and proper for people to obey, honor and sustain the law; further, it is impossible to either obey, or honor, or sustain the law if you do not know what the law is.” We further maintain that: “It is virtually impossible to know the law without firsthand study of the law with its history, language and environment.” Thus, no one should ever take any other person’s word on what the law is, or on what its meaning, application or intent are; rather, we must all do our own firsthand research from the original sources of the law itself and from its history. Even then, if a party has a complaint with any law, such a complaint does not excuse that party from complying with the law. If any of us has such a complaint we must resolve to address the same through the proper legal and lawful channels of Administrative, Legislative and Judicial Procedures to exact the necessary changes; and, until such changes are made, to the extent it is possible, remain compliant with the laws as they have been established until they are changed accordingly. With that in mind, any posts that admonish law breaking are subject to deletion and the posting member will be respectfully warned.
- Respectively, Team Law acknowledges it is unwise to believe anything we or anyone else tells you about anything, especially about the law, its history, meaning, application or intent, unless you have first done your own firsthand research to discover the truth for yourself; which you establish by two or three firsthand evidentiary witnesses (that means from the law itself and from its history and not from third-party resources). Accordingly, all users agree to do their own research to verify the relevant laws before they take any other action in regard to anything they learn from our forum and or from any website linked to Team Law’s Open Forum System.
- Team Law’s Charter allows us to generally support people as they learn how to learn the law only until those people have had sufficient opportunity to discover that Team Law is worthy of their support; at which time, we are limited from providing them any further support unless those people are Team Law beneficiaries; and, though that can take place sooner (as when people purchase Team Law’s Land Patent Sandwich service; etc.), it has been deemed that by the time any Registered User has posted five posts and/or inquiries to Team Law they have had sufficient experience with Team Law (and its services) to have made that discovery; therefore, the Registered User graphic Rank Icon was setup to turn on when a registered user makes five posts; and, from the time said Icon turns on until it changes to "Beneficiary", the Registered user shall only be allowed to make inquiries related to the process of their becoming a Team Law Beneficiary. Arguing or contesting with this Charter limitation is grounds for a Warning. Attempting to circumvent this limitation is Cause for immediate termination of all access to, and/or relationship with, Team Law. #
Signatures
- Signatures may contain up to five lines (one line being that displayed on a browser opened to 800px width) of text (of small or normal size) and/or one image, valid combinations include; a single image of no more than 60px high, 468px wide and 6kB (6000 Bytes) in size. Signatures containing an image this large may also include one line of small size text. Signatures containing an image of 30px high may include up to three lines of small size text or two lines of normal size text. Images of 15px height or less may allow up to three lines of normal size text or four lines of small size text. Animated images are not allowed. Also, website links, e-mail addresses and telephone numbers are not allowed in signatures and should not be placed anywhere in any posts or private messages posted on our forum system (unless previously approved by Admin in writing).#
- Text sizes should be between 9 and 12 (small and normal). Text in signatures is subject to the same conditions as posts with respect decency, emoticons, and so forth. #
- Links in signatures are strictly forbidden. #
- Users abusing these rules will be warned or banned. #
Avatars
- Users are permitted to utilize a gallery avatar or to link to one of their own (subject to previous points on misuse of bandwidth). User defined avatars are to be no larger than 90 pixels square, contain no animation, contain no image which attempts to portray the user as having an official status here (e.g. mimicking ranks or copying avatars of team members), may not exceed 6kB (6000 Bytes) in file size and have a consistently high availability (i.e. links to images on slow servers or those prone to failure may be removed). #
- Avatars are subject to the same conditions as posts with respect decency, and so forth. #
- Users abusing these rules will be warned and/or may lose their avatar privileges. #
Linking Off Site
- We reserve our Open Forum to our work and effort to save our country; therefore, we reserve it from being a marketplace for others to spread their e-mail addresses, services or ideas; thus, we restrict the forum from External Links unless such links are first authorized in writing by Team Law’s Admin via a private message. Failure to comply with this policy once a user has been warned of it can result in at least the loss of posting privileges.
- “External Links” are defined as any: off site internet address, e-mail address, telephone number, physical address, description of an external source or anything that directs any Forum System user to any source outside of Team Law’s Forum System or Team Law’s websites.
- Therefore, posting links to 3rd party sites is only allowed when it is first approved by Admin. Admin is the final rule on all off site links. If you believe an off site link may be helpful to our work you may freely send a private message to Admin requesting the privilege of posting the link.
- Any External Link (see definition above) made without Admin’s express written permission may subject your access to our Open Forum system to be terminated immediately.
- If an off site link is made without Admin’s express written permission Admin may issue one Warning regarding off site links. There will be no second warnings issued regarding off-site links; if a second violation occurs after being so warned, access to our Forum System will terminate. We tolerate no unauthorized off site links. Top
E-mail
- Team Law only uses e-mail for its automated registration and notification system.
- Thus, you should you never solicit e-mail from Team Law by posting your e-mail address anywhere on our Open Forum System other than where the registration system requires it; and,
- Thus, should you receive an e-mail notification from Team Law it will have been generated by that automated system; and,
- You should never respond to any such e-mail notification except in the exact manner that such a message instructs you so to do.
- Sending Team Law any other e-mail for any other reason constitutes spam and constitutes cause for a warning and/or termination at least of electronic access to Team Law.
- Using e-mail to attempt to contact Team Law for any other reason constitutes Spam and is cause for issuance of a warning. #
Show Off
- Team Law provides no forum for users to promote their sites or services.
- Such posting constitutes spam and may lead to a warning or termination of access to Team Law. #
Copyright
- All posts made to our Forum System are automatically copyrighted by Team Law.
- Team Law reserves all rights to said content, which rights include but are not limited to the complete control of said Forum System as Team Law sees fit;
- Therefore, Team Law may without notice edit any post or remove any post from our Forum System for any reason.
- Team Law allows registered users to post content on the Forum System, which content may be the opinion of the registered user but that does not imply that any content on our Forum System is the opinion of Team Law;
- Therefore, content posted on the Forum System is so posted at the sole responsibility of the party that posted it and Team Law accepts no responsibility for such content other than its copyright including all rights to such copyright.
- Though Team Law so reserves the copyright over all materials posted on its websites and the Forum System, Team Law is not responsible for the content of its Forum System users’ posts. Thus, any copyright violations made by any Forum System user shall remain the sole responsibility of that user. Thus, it is wise to secure permission before posting any copyrighted materials on the Forum System.
- Users abusing copyright rules will be warned, may lose their privileges and/or may be prosecuted. Violators of these rules shall be and remain responsible for and subject to all legal fees and expenses. #
Policing
Team Law operates a no third strike policy; which means, (except as noted above) users will be warned of any violation of our policies once for any and or all offences—that is strike one. If the need for a second warning arises, that is strike two and you may loose all Open Forum system privileges and or be banned; there are no third strikes.
- Arguing with team members after having received a warning will lead to an immediate additional warning and or loss of privileges.
- Users who feel they have been unfairly warned are welcome to contact Admin by phone for a live review, e.g. if warned by a moderator you may contact Admin. If Admin feels you were treated harshly, Admin may remove a warning. All of Admin’s decisions are final.
- Any attempt to circumvent a temporary ban will lead to that ban being made permanent. Circumvention includes re-registering under a non-banned username, changing IP addresses to evade an IP ban, registering a new e-mail account of evade an e-mail ban. Circumvention includes posting as an anonymous user.
- If a user ever contacts anyone from our Open Forum system personally (via any method) and posts insulting, indecent or vulgar material, such users may be subject to an immediate permanent ban.
- Permanent bans are a last resort and thought is given before implementing them. While Team Law may consider lifting permanent bans from time to time this is a rare occurrence. Top
