Re: Teamlaw Interest/Development

Chad, you speak as if there is some alternative that has not been considered. If there exists some alternative that is both lawful and moral, please bring it to the table. I for one cannot conceive such a path other than the one that is plain. As to the injustice practiced by judges and the like, I ...

Well, Issac beat me by 7 minutes! :D Welcome to Team Law! If you haven't already done so, I'd suggest you read this Historical Outline . It answers most if not all of your questions (at least, as much as they can be answered given their composition). There are many other excellent articles found on ...

Re: how to resist mandatory H1N1 vaccination?

Welcome to Team Law, Eager2Learn! You've absolutely come to the right place to learn how to protect your self, your family, and your land from unwarranted invasions, especially if you are "eager to learn." However, most often specific hypothetical situations involve levels of support usual...

Re: Definition of Real Estate

Also, do keep in mind that definitions, no matter how reliable the source, are not definitive for all contexts. Though, a specific definition may be definitive in the context specified (that is, codified laws, etc). I've struggled with this concept myself, as this seems to be one method that much co...

…if you were to take the foundational work of Moses in the Bible ( Torah—written in hieroglyphic Hebrew ) and study it (in its original language) and the history of the people at the time of his writing, you would make incredible discoveries… . (Bold emphasis added) Our research over the last sever...

Re: land patents—

Most of the 'snags' or problems we've run into while following the chain of the title to our land are nearly impossible for anyone to solve, unless they are right there with us at the Recorder's Office reading the same documents we are, and have access to those same recourses we do. We can't envisio...

Re: Land patents in Ohio and becoming a Team Law benificiary

We've screwed up answering these types of questions in the past, but it helps our understanding to make an attempt at an answer. Regarding you first and third numbered paragraphs: It is not true that land patents always, only, ever apply to land alone and not to the property appurtenant to the land....

Re: Land patents in Ohio and becoming a Team Law benificiary

Welcome to Team Law! It's good to see others who are interested in land and the property appurtenant. Title companies have never, nor will ever, issue land patents. I also doubt you are "preparing a land patent" for anyone, unless you happen to be the President of the United States of Amer...

Re: Joint custody/never married

In general, such highly personal questions do indeed require team law beneficiary support. Perhaps if you could conceive of a question more generally applicable to other forum users it would not require such support. Also, rule number six of the Forum Rules indicates that highly personal questions s...

I found it!

I set out to find the legislative act in which Wisconsin was incorporated under the United States Corporation. I called Governor Lizalek of Wisconsin (original jurisdiction) but he didn't know the exact act. Team Law's website suggested that most states incorporated between 1960 and 1970. It only to...

Re: Requirements of Grantee

I don't think you'll get a second reply, since your second question was already answered in the response to the first question. No requirements would mean unlimited eligibility. At least, no meaningful requirements. I can think of a few hypothetical ones: A dead person can't be a grantee because the...

Re: Land Patent in Ca.

I am at the exact same stage as you Revvskip. Though, in my case, it isn't a problem for me as much as it is a problem for the county recorder. They are the ones who are ignorant of Wisconsin law. They just do what they've always done... If worse comes to worse, I can either sue for specific action,...

Re: Unknown Entity (name redacted)

If anyone were to recommend a specific course of action based on the information you provided in your post, you would be a great fool to follow that recommendation. I for one simply don't have enough information to provide any kind of specific analysis to your situation. I could speak of generalitie...

Recommended Books - availability

I already owned Black's Law Dictionary 8th , and I just ordered Bouvier's Law Dictionary , The Complete Internal Revenue Code July 2007 Edition , and Prosecutorial Misconduct . However, the I could not find the following titles available anywhere in print: Civil Rights & Civil Liberties Litigati...
