Okay, I'll see what I can do at the recorders office. I need to get all those papers in my hands again before I can do anything else..
Hope it won't be too expensive. So hard to do anything with such limited means. Takes a lot longer to do.

Thank you for all your expertise.

By 'chain' you mean a 'search' right? "Do You Own Your Own Land' I have that on my desktop in its own folder to get to easily because I read it over and over trying to get it all in my thick head. I'll read the 101 article again too, Maybe the 6th time will be the charm for full understanding. ...

With all our wonderful explanations I am getting to understand it all so much better. And on another page someone answered the BLM question and said that I'd be like the 'party B to the existing Land Patent and just like you said, it would automatically pass down to me since I have a Warranty Deed a...

Oh Wow, you people are wonderful! I did read all those articles by Team Law you mentioned, and like you said, it takes more than just reading them once to catch it all. I must have missed the part on the President. I will refresh those all in my mind with reading them all again. But the way you wrot...

Thank you all so much for all this great info. I'm a bit confused about not being 'able' to get a land Patent on my little two acres here, (trying to protect it for my adult children and young grandson), because Florida is stealing (seizing) properties right and left here, and I have no money, and t...

On this topic, I have always held to the belief that being born in a hospital (most not giving "birth certificates" only the "registration of birth" paper), is how the Corp U.S. lays claim to that child. None of my children ever had a 'birth certificate" I only got the &quo...

I'm Confused - I Thought We Could Get Our Own Land Patents?

I’m confused. I thought we could get our own Land Patents by taking our deed to the Land Management Office (if you can find one in your area). I thought that was it. But now I'm reading about papers that need to be 'prepared' by Team Law in order to do this? Why is this necessary? Is there more to i...

Is "Beneficiary Endowment" necessary for a Patent

I keep reading here about a "Beneficiary Endowment”. What is it, what is the benefit of it and is it a must to get a Land Patent? Question two - What if we cannot find a Bureau of Land Management Office in our state? It is not listed in the Phone Book, and no one will admit to it existing. Is t...

Property Taxes

Do I understand this right? Reading this is seems to say that if we are registered voters, that is what makes it so the state can tax us? That makes it so we are paying dearly for the "Right " to vote which is suppose to be with no charge since it is a 'Right' ! Did I read and understand t...
