property taxation as it applies to "private" property.

Postby Eddielewis86 » Friday February 12th, 2016 3:05 pm MST

Is land that was conveyed under the original land grant considered "private property"? If so, private property is not to be taxed although it seems we all pay taxes on our property. What does anyone know about this. Also, where do I get the information on "paying off" my taxes and the dollar amount of this lien?

Land is distinct from property. The Land 101 article should help you understand the definition of land and how it is distinct from property appurtenant to the land.

Today, most property appurtenant to the land is not owned by private individuals; rather, it is generally owned by Social Security Administration created trusts. If you have not discovered the true nature of said trusts, you need to read Corp. U.S. Myth 10 and The Seduction.

After reviewing the articles above, you should be able to determine the nature of the party that generally pays property tax.

How do you get away from the Corp and Social Security Admin?
