Recommended Books - availability

Postby ZandarKoad » Friday August 31st, 2007 6:29 am MDT

I already owned Black's Law Dictionary 8th, and I just ordered Bouvier's Law Dictionary, The Complete Internal Revenue Code July 2007 Edition, and Prosecutorial Misconduct.

However, the I could not find the following titles available anywhere in print: Civil Rights & Civil Liberties Litigation: a guide to § 1983, and False Arrest, Malicious Prosecution, and Police Misconduct : Pleadings and Practice

I will know the law.

We would suggest you might try looking to our Recommended Reading page. It has two source links on it for the volumes you seek. The first links to Amazon where used copies are rarely available. The second links to Thompson, which sells the new volumes.

We hope this information is helpful to you.

Thank you, that is where I got the list of the six books which I am attempting to acquire. I don't know why I missed the link to Civil Rights & Civil Liberties Litigation: a guide to § 1983... I just purchased a copy. Unfortunately I only see one link for False Arrest, Malicious Prosecution, and Police Misconduct : Pleadings and Practice, and I'm having a hard time finding any contact information on the web for the publisher, Transnational Juris Publications.

I will know the law.

We believe that book is out of print. Thus the best sources for it are Amazon used books and other such used book stores.

We hope this information is helpful to you.
