Setting up a meeting?

Hi, I just want to know what the cost would be to set up a meeting in Cedar City, Utah; and,
who would the presenter be that would come and give the lessons? Anyway just wondering.
Thanks any info. will be appreciated :D

The cost for setting up a meeting is you have to pay all of the logistic expenses.

That means you have to pay for:
  • Transportation from Grand Junction, Colorado.
      Calculated by converting the distance between your location and Grand Junction, Colorado into dollars.
      Cedar City, Utah is 342 miles from Grand Junction; so, that $342.00.
      (We have to travel both ways at 10 miles/gallon or less with gasoline is hovering around $4.00+/gallon, this cost considers very little towards wear and tear on the vehicle.)
  • Lodging in your area.
      You must provide for lodging for Team Law’s Trustee plus recording crew [Mr. Madsen’s Family (wife plus 8 children)]
      Lodging must be paid for in advance of our arrival and must be hotel or motel accommodations (Residence Inns work well because they can accommodate us all in one suite).
  • Meals for the crew for the duration of the journey to and from your location.
      You must provide the meals or the cost of the same.
In other words, you simply have to pay all of the logistic costs for the meetings.

Our only public presenter is our Trustee.

The best time for scheduling such meetings is between Thursdays and Saturdays; considering Thursdays and Sundays as travel days.
