protecting property(not land]

Postby Viviv » Thursday July 9th, 2009 8:28 am MDT

How can you acquire property w/o its acquisiton connected to a U S Corp's EIN,TIN,SSN etc...?
Assuming it is possible, how much detail about the process could you impart?

Once sovereign ownership is accomplished, how is it protected from seizure and is it possible to shield possessions without being a landowner?
Thank you for any ilight you may be able to shed and please forgive any posting anomoly as I know not what I do.

Though we can provide the simplistic answer to your question (which is, “By contract”), it should also be apparent the nature of your question requires an answer we can only provide to Team Law beneficiaries; so, in our Open Forum system we can only provide such information on the private Team Law Beneficiary Forum; and there we could provide such information; however, we generally reserve such conversations for live communication (by phone, etc.).

We hope this information is helpful to you.
