A request for 'success stories'

Postby Wesexpress » Saturday July 23rd, 2011 2:29 pm MDT

I'd like to hear some stories from fellow members of this forum who have taken the legal steps necessary for solidifying the allodial nature of their property
using the Land Patent as the cornerstone. I've been through the process myself - having dealt with BLM sarcasm and thickheaded county recorders, embarrassed real estate attorneys and been called abusive names by the head of the Homeowners Association.

The more open people are about their successes in this venture,
the more people who will come across this on Google and want to take it on themselves.

I have my story, let's hear yours!

Welcome to our forum.

Though your desire to “hear some stories”, as per your request, is noted the implied benefit of providing the same remains questionable.

Metaphorically, one might imagine a profession titled “The Medical Profession” would focus on dispensing medicines. Thus, it seems only natural that those in control of the distribution/selling of medicines might (when possible) focus that industry on treating symptoms instead of curing the causes of those symptoms. Accordingly, parties with such interests and control have inspired lawmakers to pass statutes making it illegal to claim any remedy will cure such a cause; even if the remedy is proven to have that exact curing effect. Yet from youth, society teaches us all to trust that industry as if it had our health interests at heart.

You might ask how that metaphorically applies to your request; it’s like this, the story regarding The Medical Profession:
  1. Is a topic about which people can become quite passionate going to almost any length to justify their opinions;
  2. Many people can provide plenty of reasonable justifications for supporting that industry (as can we);
  3. Many of those justifications would include wonderful success stories regarding people whose lives have been saved by wonderful doctors that prescribed exquisite medical treatments (even Team Law’s Trustee’s life was once saved by such a treatment);
  4. But, none of that has anything to do with Team Law or our purpose.
Respectively, though we recognize the necessity for people being aware of Land Law, the Title to Land (which is almost always a land patent) and the status of their landownership, the purpose for this forum is:
At Forum Rule 3, Team Law wrote:The purpose of our Forum System is to eliminate e-mail to and from Team Law while providing a resource where people can learn about Team Law and our work to preserve our country; accordingly, we require all posts to our Open Forum must comply with our standards and with said purpose of our Forum System. The idea is, if people can ask us their general questions in our Open Forum, others can read their posts, learn about Team Law and our work to preserve our country; which helps us eliminate the repetitious need for others to send similar questions; thus, we can disseminate massive amounts of information without repeating ourselves much.
Thus, this Land Patent sub-forum’s purpose is to provide a place where people can post inquiries and learn about Team Law and our land patent related services.

Because people today are raised absent any real education about Landownership, we provided our Land 101 article our Land Patent Forum’s opening announcement. Therein we present the elemental facts related to landownership and Title (the land patent). That gives most people sufficient information to start their learning process through hands on self-education. To progress beyond that with Team Law requires Team Law beneficiary support.

The biggest problem we see in our nation today is people acting on other’s words (sometimes even with mob mindedness); rather than, learning what they need to learn from their own firsthand experience; so, they can reasonably justify their actions. Many are so motivated by reading stories just like the ones for which you have asked. Accordingly, we do not seek and rarely publish testimonials on our forum.

The bottom line: land law is law. Thus, when you learn it and apply it, it works. It is just that simple. No testimonials are needed to inspire people to learn the law. And, the simple fact remains, we are all required to know the law. Thus, people can remain ignorant of it and suffer for that ignorance or they can start following that requirement for learning the law and take over its control. It is just that simple.

Again, Team Law’s purpose is to help people learn how to the law. That is what we do; and, we are good at it. Accordingly, all anyone need do to verify that (and whether Team Law is worthy of their support) is start reading the materials posted on our websites; including: this Forum and TeamLaw.net. To the go beyond that one must become a Team Law Beneficiary; at that point you will be your own success story.

We hope this information is helpful to you.
