Steps to Secure a Land Patent. The second step contains the instructions we would follow to secure the plat map of a subdivision, etc.
You can also call the our office using the information found on our
Contacting Team Law page; which has a link on the
website’s main menu. They can help you understand how to get that information. We have never seen a situation where that information is not on record (except in a Virginia record house that was burned down with all of its records). In such a case those records can be rebuilt from existent records through a surveyor’s office.
