Our Trustee is currently on his Year End Break; which began on: December 15, 2017, and ends on: January 14, 2018.
Therefore, there will be no conference calls and no support calls to our Trustee until he returns.

How can I get a blank marriage certificate "in affidavit form". I don't want or need a Marriage License.

We do not know why you would need a marriage certificate. Of course, if you had a need for such a thing, you could learn how to do it properly and generate it for yourself and then you would have it. We are also aware that some colleges teach people how to properly create marriage contracts, as was the case in a marriage and family course taught at Cal State L.A. 20 years ago (which they most likely still do). Or, if you were a Team Law beneficiary you could use the document review process to learn how to do the same for yourself. That is exactly what Team Law does, it helps its beneficiaries educate themselves so that they can be sure they are right in taking the actions they take before they take them and so that they can confirm the propriety of such acts from their own experience.
