Standard of Review

Postby AlexDofTexas » Saturday April 21st, 2007 1:01 pm MDT

I just want to say that understanding the standard of review has dramatically altered my personal hermeneutics. Looking at what Jesus said, knowing who He is, and to whom He is speaking, and the environment they are in, has opened my eyes to reading the Bible in a new way. Understanding elements of law has also opened my eyes. I know this is not the topic of the forum, so it may be deleted, but I want to thank you for this website. It has impacted me in more ways than you may realize. :wav:

:h: AlexDofTexas:
Thank you for your support.
Though the subject matter of this sub-forum is, Contracts, Trusts and the Corporation Sole, the lead article on this sub-forum contains the Standard for Review; and, its most basic element is: “to understand any relationship we must first understand who the parties are.” In order to understand who the parties are in any relationship where we are involved, we must understand who we are. To understand who we are we must understand where we come from.
    The only reliable historical source we have that relates our origin is Torah (the first five books of the Bible); and though the Bible is recognized as foundational law it is also the basis of most people’s religion. Whereas, religion is not the topic of either this sub-forum or our Open Forum system, we understand your concern that your post might have been deleted; however, your comment was not one of “religion”; rather, it was one acknowledging your recognition of discoveries you have made as you opened your eyes to look at Foundational Law differently. We expect that will have the dramatic effect of changing your life’s outlook for the better.
To understand where we come from, we must understand Foundational Law’s presentation of our origin, our original parents and what our relationship is with them. That certainly has the potential of changing our perspectives. As those perspectives change people realize the necessity of holding God’s Law supreme and making our covenants with God controlling over all of our other relationships. When we learn how to do that, we truly do become free and discover those laws are not in conflict with man’s law and when we live accordingly we certainly gain control over the powers of corporate governance that seem to bind almost all people today.

Thus, we thank you for your post and we find it right on point with the necessity of our Open Forum system—that being to help people learn the law for themselves; to do that we must all:
  • Start by discovering who we are;
  • Then we must discover what our relationships are;
  • Then we must learn the law, starting with God’s and moving on to man’s;
  • Then we must apply the law:
    • starting with God’s and our covenant’s with God;
    • moving on to man’s and our contractual agreements with others.
  • Doing this will give us the ability to control our relationships and we will discover, our government truly is: of the people, by the people and for the people.
    (But, that is not what people understand today. Today, people think Corp. U.S. is their government, because they contracted with it, but they do not understand the terms of those contracts. Following this process they will discover the true nature of their relationship with Corp. U.S. and how to use that relationship to bring Corp. U.S. back under the control of Law.)
  • Finally, we must remain diligent in continuing to learn and apply the law while we help others do the same.
Thus, we find your post right on point with our Contracts, Trusts and the Corporation Sole article and thank you for your kind remarks.

We hope this information is helpful to you.
