2006 Governor's Elections - Get Involved!

Postby Zeal » Wednesday November 1st, 2006 8:41 pm MST

Hello Everyone,
This year's governor's elections are just around the corner. If you have poked around this site at all, you probably care about the future of this great land. Reseating our original jurisdiction government is the single most important step we can take right now to keep the liberties we hold so dear.

I would just like to encourage everyone to get involved - either as a candidate or a voter. As a former OJ governor, I can tell you that it is a great experience and an excellent civics lesson.

Happy elections!

2006 Governor's Elections - Get Involved

Postby Jondraw » Thursday May 17th, 2007 12:19 am MDT

Hello Steve,
Being relatively new to this website, and, as I understand, information flows mainly from the forum here, so I would like for you to elaborate on your experiences as an original jurisdiction governor, such as the dates of your term, in which state, your interaction with the Corp State Governor(?), etc.
I must admit to being somewhat confused in this matter since, it would seem that the O.J. office would have a legitimacy that the Corp State could not meet, and, in fact, the Corp State required much questionable preparatory groundwork to bring it about while the supposedly sovereign people were somehow distracted. It doesn't appear that these Corp State officials follow the concept of a Republican form of government as guaranteed by Article IV Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution. Also, they do not seem to be securing our unalienable rights as sovereign individuals.
Any info to clarify this would be very much appreciated. Thank you

Though we welcome Steve’s response, were popping a responsive note in regarding your inquiry.
There is almost not relationship between the original jurisdiction State government and the Corp. State. The original jurisdiction State government is the constitutionally set government, where the Corp. State is a private corporation the original jurisdiction State government created. The thing is, the Corp. State was created with virtually no original jurisdiction State government controls over it. Thus, the Corp. State operates autonomously under the control of its commissions and contracts; which largely place it under the control of Corp. U.S.—the cornerstone of its monetary existence. Therefore, the legitimacy of neither the original jurisdiction State government nor the Corp. State corporate body remains in question; both are legitimate within their own constructs. However, the Corp. State is not a government except within the terms of its obligation to govern its own contractual liabilities. That is to say, just like Wal-Mart is a government within the confines of the Wal-Mart corporate structure, the Corp. State is a government within the confines of its corporate structure, but accordingly it only has the power to govern in accord with the terms of its contractual limitations. Likewise, the original jurisdiction government is an actual government, created and limited by its Constitution; thus, the actual government has the authority to govern itself but it lacks authority to govern the people—the people remain the sovereigns. The government is granted the authority necessary to secure the rights of the people and their ability to function civilly in commerce.

Thus, it should be obvious the Corp. State is not a Republic, and it neither operates with any appearance of the same nor is it required to. Accordingly they have no obligation to secure your rights as sovereign individuals especially if you contract with them for their control over your relationships.

It should also be obvious that when virtually all of your contractual relations with them are operated not directly through you but rather through the relation of the Corp. U.S. created taxpayer. Then the nature of the actual governmental relationship you can expect is corporate controlled abject communism. It should be no surprise that is what we then experience through such relationships.

Knowing that is not enough. Knowing that for most people simply causes them to want to know how they can get out of such a system. And, the only way out is through the system. The way out is defined by learning the law and learning how to take control of the relationships involved and using them for the purposes you desire rather than for your control. In other words, we must learn how the system works and then use it to control the Corp. State and Corp. U.S. instead of the other way around. Now that can be done, and it is exactly what Team Law helps people learn how to do.

We hope this information clarifies a few things for you and is therefore helpful to you.
