Charlie:
By definition, any “donation” made anywhere to anyone, is, by its very nature:
- a voluntarily act;
- made in any amount the donor desires;
- given purely to support the recipient; and,
- compels nothing in return from the recipient for the gift of the donation.
Therefore, anyone can
donate any amount they desire to Team Law at any time and their free gift will be thankfully recorded and appreciated. Accordingly, when the total amount of donations from any particular Donor adds up to $695.00, Team Law thankfully grants the Donor the privilege of nominating any man, woman or child [other than the Donor (or a general partner with the donor)] for a Team Law Beneficiary Endowment.
For that reason, everything Team Law has published regarding the Team Law beneficiary relationship makes it clear that:
- Team Law has no membership; and,
- Donors granted the privilege of nominating Team Law beneficiaries cannot nominate themselves;
Thus, it seems obvious that there is no monetary relationship related to anyone nominated for a Team Law Beneficiary Endowment; and, we are always a bit confused when people make statements like, “The Beneficiary Donation is out of my reach at this time”; or ask us questions like, “Do you have a payment plan?”
However, we do understand that when people learn about Team Law they naturally begin to want to be a part of what we are doing, or they begin to desire to become a Team Law beneficiary; so they naturally want to “join” and by presuming there is some kind of cost related to the process, they begin asking questions like,
How do I join Team Law? Thus, their curiosity about becoming a Team Law beneficiary grows and after a brief review they usually discover our main websites’ main menus have the following link:
Becoming a Beneficiary and a paragraph regarding the same subject on our
Order Form just above the nomination block.
After reading that material, most people understand that to become a Team Law beneficiary they must be nominated by someone other than themselves. They also understand that the privilege of nominating someone is most often granted to donors that have been particularly supportive of Team Law’s work.
Still, the preconception of a paid membership being required to join most organizations limits some people from understanding that Team Law is different; and, they imagine there must be some way they can do something themselves, or (somehow) pay someone, to become a Team Law beneficiary.
Thus, because we still get such questions, we expect such preconceptions are hard to overcome and we imagine we can help everyone better understand how they can become a Team Law beneficiary by reviewing how it has worked from the beginning.
Team Law was originally formed with over 70 people that were temporarily granted the privilege of becoming Team Law beneficiaries if they decided to accept the offer. Though the offer was temporary, each Beneficiary that accepted the Team Law Beneficiary Agreement received a Team Law Beneficiary Endowment, which, at no cost, provided them the lifetime advantage of all of the services Team Law could provide. That is how Team Law has always worked—all of Team Law’s services are provided by volunteers at no cost to its beneficiaries.
Thereafter, when any Team Law beneficiary receives Team Law’s help with anything, they experience the value of Team Law’s support and they naturally want to return the favor so the resource can continue. That’s why Team Law beneficiaries continue to donate to Team Law. In fact, from the beginning, all donations to Team Law are always made simply to support Team Law for what Team Law has already done.
For example, let’s say a Team Law beneficiary gets involved with a traffic ticket and they want to learn how to fight it and win. As a self-help educational organization, Team Law will never do the Beneficiary’s work for the Beneficiary; but the Beneficiary can tell Team Law what happened and what they had done about it so far. Respectively, Team Law tells the Beneficiary what specific research we would do to prepare for such a case if it were ours. Team Law can also help the Beneficiary learn how to prepare any paperwork or legal documents they may need to or want to file. After the Beneficiary prepares such paperwork, Team Law can do a live editorial review with the Beneficiary such that the Beneficiary learns how to maximize the paperwork’s potential. Again, even though the beneficiary does all of their own work, and even though they may have had no prior experience, they end up with the ability and paperwork they desire to use in their case. When the case is over and the Beneficiary has won, they look back over their experience and discover that it was invaluable—because what they learned through the process empowered them to be able to respond to any such situation from their own proven experience and self-education. Accordingly, the experience gained goes well beyond any potential cost they could have had if they had hired a professional to help them through the lawsuit; and if the professional could have provided documentation as good as what the Beneficiary used in the suit, the Pro still would have never shared the process with the Beneficiary and the Pro would never teach the Beneficiary how to do the work for themselves; thus, what Team Law provided at no cost was worth thousands of dollars more than what the professional would have charged—and yet it was provided to the Team Law beneficiary free of charge. Such experiences inspire the Team Law beneficiary with a deep desire to support Team Law with continuing
donations.
When such donations are $695.00 or more, Team Law grants the donor the privilege of nominating the next Team Law Beneficiary [a living man, woman or child other than the donor (or a general partner with the donor)]. Thus, the Donor can nominate anyone [other than the Donor (or a general partner with the donor)] for a Team Law Beneficiary Endowment. Because spouses are generally considered general partners, spouses cannot nominate one another. Accordingly, for years, Team Law beneficiaries have been nominating their families, friends and others for beneficiary endowments and accordingly Team Law grows by word of mouth.
As Team Law has grown, our internet services have grown and people outside of Team Law discover our work and services. Like Team Law beneficiaries, when others discover what we have done, what we are doing and what we plan to do, they want to “join” with us and support Team Law. Thus, they donate to support us, but the only way for them to become part of Team Law and share in its benefits is, someone else has to nominate them for their own Team Law Beneficiary Endowment.
Thus, because of that desire, they voluntarily start telling other people about Team Law and their desire to be nominated. Accordingly, when those they tell learn about our incredible internet resources and work to save our nation they also want to get involved, to support Team Law and by being nominated, receive Team Law’s support. Often, those people respectively nominate each other.
In other situations, the person that discovered Team Law tells a family member or a friend about Team Law and they respectfully donate to Team Law and nominate the person that told them about Team Law.
Finally, some people are nominated by the
The Way of Kings™ or by other business entities.
Regarding, The Way of Kings’™ Nominations:The Way of Kings™, is simply a custom designed Asset Protection System (hereinafter: “APS”) generation company; but, unlike any other such organizations, they never provide management, support or training services for any APS.
However, because
The Way of Kings™ only provides pre-formation needs analysis and respective APS generation and delivery services, they desire their patrons to have an externally (separate from The Way of Kings™) available educational resource that can help their Patron understand how to do or acquire any management, support or training the Patron might need,
The Way of Kings™ makes sure all of their patrons are Team Law beneficiaries.
They do that by providing Team Law beneficiaries with significant discounts from the Way of Kings™ base costs. Thus, when a Way of Kings™ Patron funds a Way of Kings™ APS Account with an amount equal to or greater than the Team Law beneficiary discount, the Way of Kings™ contacts Team Law to verify whether the Patron is a Team Law beneficiary.
- If the Patron is a Team Law beneficiary, then the Way of Kings™ applies the applicable discount, of up to $1,039.50, to that Patron’s APS Account.
- If the Patron is not a Team Law beneficiary, the Way of Kings™ nominates the Patron for a respective Team Law Beneficiary Endowment. Nonetheless, the funds that were placed in said APS Account remain there at least until the Way of Kings™ verifies Team Law granted the respective Beneficiary Endowment. Once the Way of Kings™ verifies the Endowment was granted, an amount equal to the applicable beneficiary discount is removed from the Patron's APS Account and placed in the Way of Kings™ Legal Defense Fund.
The Way of Kings™ is only able to nominate Team Law beneficiaries because, they had already acquired the nomination privilege (just like anyone else can do) prior to making the nomination.
Thus, because
The Way of Kings™ does not have a mandatory payment program, and because
The Way of Kings™ will nominate their Patrons only if they are not already Team Law beneficiaries, people that have no one else to nominate them, can go to the Way of Kings™ to receive a nomination for a Team Law Beneficiary Endowment respective to the Patron’s purchase of a APS from the Way of Kings™.
The bottom line: regardless of the source of
donations to Team Law, they are neither related to nor used for Team Law beneficiary support. Donations are only used to help compensate Team Law for its past expenses.
Our intent is to restore our original jurisdiction government and provide an education system where people learn to educate themselves and secure that the people never fall back into the ignorance and apathy that allowed our nation to come into the jeopardy it is in today where our Constitution is hanging by a thread.
All Team Law services are provided by voluntary support from Team Law’s staff. If that were not so, Team Law Beneficiary support would cost significantly more than what comes in from donations. The very nature of such donations mandates that all donations are final—accordingly by the act of donating to Team Law, all donors admit that their donation is voluntarily made to support Team Law for what we have already done and not to secure anything from Team Law.
Again, our
Order Form has places on it both for noting the amount of the
donation and for the Donor’s nomination.
Because Donations are made only to support Team Law for what we have already done [not to get products or services], a separate
Order Form should be used for any products or services to be ordered.
The three main purposes of Team Law are:
- One, to create an environment such that we and our children’s children will understand Law, government and politics as well as or better than the founding fathers did;
- Two, to legally and lawfully reseat the nation’s original jurisdiction government seats through that education process and Team Law’s continuing support; and,
- Three, to eliminate the high cost of studying law by learning from other’s experiences.
The one thing the founding fathers missed in setting up our government was they didn’t provide a way to insure their children’s children’s children would understand what the founding fathers already knew. Because the people today do not themselves know the law, officers of governance are free to usurp powers they cannot lawfully have resulting in governance operating outside of the control of our Constitution. We need neither a new government nor a new Constitution; we simply need to learn the law so we can lawfully know how to compel those that wield the powers of governance to follow the Law—that alone would save our nation from eminent destruction.
Perhaps because there is no lawful way to force education the founding fathers simply left it at that, knowing that hardships with government would eventually cause people to resurrect the need to self-educate if they ever fell away from it. Team Law’s way provides continual education, tailor-made to your needs by design. That design is intended to become self-perpetuating but currently needs ongoing beneficiary support to continue.
Thus, you can
donate any amount you desire to support this work. When the total amount you have donated over time adds up to $695.00 or more, we thankfully grant you with the privilege of nominating any man, woman or child other than yourself for a Team Law Beneficiary Endowment.
